By accessing or using Chat Verdict (chatverdict.pro), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years of age to upload chat transcripts and use our service.
2. Nature of Service & Persona Disclaimer
Chat Verdict provides algorithmic and AI-assisted relationship communication analysis delivered by the fictional persona “Juno”. Reports are for informational, reflective, and entertainment purposes. Chat Verdict does not provide licensed psychological counseling, therapy, medical diagnosis, or legal advice.
3. User Obligations & Ownership
You represent and warrant that you are a participant in any conversation transcript you upload, or have obtained lawful consent from the conversational participants to analyze the text. You agree not to upload non-consensual imagery or illicit content.
4. Purchases & Unlocks
Unlocking full reports is processed securely via Stripe. Single reports and report bundles are non-transferable digital goods. Please review our Refund Policy for details on our satisfaction guarantee.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
